The putti on holding a pink ribbon and the boot is decorated in addition with a raised flower. The piece is glazed in tones of green, pink, red, yellow and accented in gold. It measures 7 1 4 in height to the top of the upper putto. I havent found any maker marks, however, I havent removed the green felt on the underside, so it is difficult to know whether any may be present. As far as age, I
