A single shot from a Dwarf ballista can smash the skull of a Cave Troll. These war machines provide the Dwarfs with much needed fire support. The heavy bolts of the ballistae crash through the ranks of the enemy, allowing the Dwarfs to move into the gaps and slaughter their foes.
